Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

The PANGAEA Loyalty Program (“Program”) is operated by PANGAEA Club (“PANGAEA”, “we”, “us”). By registering as a member and accepting these Terms, you agree to participate in the Program under the conditions set out below.

2.1 The Program is open to all registered users of pangaeaclub.net who are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Enrollment is automatic upon creating a new PANGAEA account. By completing registration and accepting these Terms, you are enrolled in the Program.

2.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable. One account per person. Corporate or group accounts are not eligible.

3.1 Purchase Points — Members earn points on eligible paid bookings completed through pangaeaclub.net. The earning rate (SAR spent per point) is set by PANGAEA and displayed in your member dashboard. Points are calculated on the net order total, excluding taxes, fees, and any redemption discounts already applied.

3.2 Review Points — Members earn a one-time bonus of points for each verified trip review submitted and approved on pangaeaclub.net. Limit one review bonus per trip.

3.3 Birthday Bonus — Members who have saved a birthday date in their account will earn a multiplied rate on purchase points during their birthday calendar month. The multiplier is set by PANGAEA and displayed in your dashboard.

3.4 Points are awarded only on successfully completed orders (order status: Processing or Completed). Points on cancelled, refunded, or disputed orders will be reversed.

3.5 PANGAEA reserves the right to adjust earning rates, introduce new earning categories, or discontinue any earning method with 14 days’ notice posted on the Program page.

4.1 The Program has four tiers: Explorer, Adventurer, Pioneer, and Elite. Tier status is determined by your total lifetime points earned (not current balance).

4.2 Tier thresholds are set by PANGAEA and displayed in your member dashboard. PANGAEA may adjust tier thresholds at any time with 30 days’ notice.

4.3 Tier upgrades take effect immediately when you reach the required lifetime points. Tiers do not expire and do not downgrade.

4.4 Tier-specific benefits (early access, concierge service, etc.) are provided at PANGAEA’s discretion and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

5.1 Points may be redeemed at checkout on pangaeaclub.net as a discount against eligible bookings.

5.2 A minimum balance of points is required to redeem (displayed in your dashboard). Points are redeemed in fixed conversion blocks (e.g. 100 points = 1 SAR) set by PANGAEA.

5.3 Redemption is capped at a maximum percentage of the order total (displayed in your dashboard) per transaction.

5.4 Points used in a redemption that is subsequently cancelled or fully refunded will be reinstated to your account. Partial refunds reinstate a proportional amount at PANGAEA’s discretion.

5.5 Points have no cash value, cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to another account, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly permitted.

6.1 Points do not expire under the current program structure. PANGAEA reserves the right to introduce an expiry policy with 90 days’ advance written notice to members.

7.1 PANGAEA may suspend or terminate your membership and void accrued points if we reasonably believe you have: (a) abused or manipulated the Program; (b) made fraudulent bookings; (c) violated our Terms of Service; or (d) engaged in any activity that harms PANGAEA or other members.

7.2 You may close your loyalty account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, all unspent points are forfeited.

PANGAEA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice via email or a notice on the Program page. Continued use of the Program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at [your Privacy Policy URL]. Loyalty data (points balance, tier status, transaction history) is stored securely and used solely to administer the Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, KSA].

For questions about the Program, contact us at [email protected] or via the concierge WhatsApp (Pioneer and Elite members).
