Cancellation and Refund Policy

PANGAEA Adventures Club reserves the right to cancel any experience or trip due to not meeting the minimum number of participants or for any other reason. We will promptly notify you of such cancellations. In these instances, we will refund all payments made to PANGAEA Adventures Club.

For the cancellation of a domestic experience, clients may choose to retain the paid amount as a credit toward any other experience of the same price or higher. If the new experience exceeds the credit value, the customer will need to pay the difference. This credit will be valid for one year from the payment date and cannot be converted back into a monetary refund.

Refunds will only be issued to participants who were still enrolled in the tour at the time of PANGAEA’s cancellation. If you choose to cancel your booking before PANGAEA Adventures Club cancels the tour, no refund will be provided.

PANGAEA Adventure Club will not be liable for any delay, alteration, or cancellation of activities or experiences due to force majeure. Force majeure encompasses circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, war, threat of war, riot, civil war, terrorist activities, or industrial disruptions.

Regardless of the circumstances, PANGAEA Adventures Club will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, whether due to our cancellation or your own.

Cancellation of a reservation or non-participation in a trip will lead to funds being retained by PANGAEA Adventure Club as outlined below: ⏎ For Trips of Two Nights and More – Cancellation 14 days or more before the trip or the experience start date: full amount will be refunded. – Cancellation between 14 to 8 days before the trip or the experience start date: 50% of the experience or trip price will be reserved. – Cancellation less than 8 days before the trip or the experience start date: any amount of payment made is non-refundable and it will not be eligible for use toward any other trips.

For a One Night Trips and Experiences -Cancellation 3 Days or More Before the Trip or Experience Start Date: A full refund will be issued, or clients may choose to retain the paid amount as a credit toward any other experience of the same price or higher. If the new experience exceeds the credit value, the customer will need to pay the difference. This credit will be valid for one year from the payment date and cannot be converted back into a monetary refund.

-Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before the Trip or Experience Start Date: No refund will be provided for any payments made. Payments cannot be applied to future trips or experiences.

Cancellation of a reservation or non-participation in a trip will lead to funds being retained by PANGAEA Adventure Club as outlined below:

• Cancellation 45 days or more before the trip start date: 25% of the total trip price will be retained, and the remainder will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 21 to 44 days before the trip start date: 50% of the trip price will be reserved.
• Cancellation less than 21 days before the trip start date: any amount of payment made is non-refundable and it will not be eligible for use toward any other trips.

PANGAEA Adventure Club retains the right to terminate anyone’s participation in the trip at our discretion and with immediate effect.

To secure a spot on the trip, you are required to make a payment of 50% or the full amount to PANGAEA Adventure Club. The final payment of 50% of the total outstanding amount must be settled 30 days before the scheduled departure. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, and a refund will not be issued.

For trips booked within a week of departure, the full amount must be paid in advance to secure a spot on the trip.

• Discounts are applicable only to bookings made through the PANGAEA Adventure Club website.
• Discount offers cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• The discount must be granted before completing the purchase.
• Purchases made during the promotional period are non-refundable.
